by Samiches on June 25, 2010, 08:48:08 AMCruising around on mystical dragons is par for the course in Azeroth these days. Her citizens don't bat an eye when seeing the gruesome work of a lion affixed with bats wings. What that's not normal? What about an ancient wyrm raised from death by the concentrated will of pure evil? Ok yeah, that might garner some additional attention.Last night a handful of our raiders completed the Glory of the Icecrown Raider meta achievement and received Icebound Frostwyrms for their efforts. Being that these puppies have not been Jenkins-ed on our server yet, it is and will be a badge to wear with honor for some time. 222 Views | 1 Reply

by Samiches on June 18, 2010, 08:35:19 AMWith steeled determination we entered the labs of one Professor Theodore J. Putricide III last night and downed our eleventh heroic boss in Icecrown Citadel. Taking back server first by default in the process, our joy blunted, but only marginally. Server first is fine and good, but where the rubber really meets the road is best "Afterlife" in the world, sadly we are still number two of seventeen. First, second or fifteenth does not come without hard work though, so thank you to all who stuck with us to get this kill.So where to now? White sandy beaches and drinks with more fruit than you can swing a dead cat at? No, it is time to get our 25 man Frostwyrms and grind on the Heroic Lich King till he is a smoothed stunted edge, or we are. 264 Views | 1 Reply

by Samiches on April 01, 2010, 08:59:56 AMNearly 17 months or more precisely 495 days since we first earned our Obsidian Slayer titles, we have become King Slayers. It was a long row to hoe, but we did it with the hard work and dedication of a core raid group that has never given up. Despite our recruitment woes, a small server, missed days and having to raid with Flamefury, we did it. Congrats to all in attendance last night and to those that brought us this far, but are no longer with us. It has been an honor. Now for the rest of the story, starting next week it is ICC25 all over again. Hard modes are unlocked, which means new challenges await us. Unlace your shit kickers for the weekend, put your feet up and relax. You've earned it. Come Tuesday though, strap in and get ready to literally stomp the 277 loot out of some bosses. Or at least collect your welfare 277's from Gun Ship. 950 Views | 15 Replies

by Samiches on February 19, 2010, 09:43:06 AMWe have not and will never endorse the presence of reanimated frozen dragon corpses in our fair world of Azeroth. In that vein we put down the beast Sindragosa last night. This kill felt less epic as it was more about coordination and not dieing, than it was split second timing and DPS races. A feather in our collective e-hat regardless, congrats to all in attendance.Santa Lich King is on deck now, he is a heavy hitter, but we have King Slayers on our side. Speaking of the slayers of kings, they were at it again with another heroic ten man kill last night. 574 Views | 0 Replies

by Samiches on February 17, 2010, 09:00:32 AMA rotating cavalcade of core raiders, alts and alt's alts spent long hours at the foot of the frozen throne this weekend in service of the Lich King's death. Ten men death mind you, but death all the same. New titles, a server first, hard modes unlocked and a high ranking (921st World | 330th US*) were their rewards. Not content to rest amongst the spoils of victory the same ten man downed heroic Lord Marrowgar last night to jump up to 219th World | 135th US*. Now to bring that same progression to our 25 man raid, see you at the top of Icecrown.*As of this writing: 02/17/10 434 Views | 0 Replies
